Supply and maintenance of a mammogram for the Central University Hospital of Asturias.
The object of the contract is the supply and installation, including maintenance, of a mammogram for the Central University Hospital of Asturias (hereinafter HUCA), as well as the integration work of the equipment in the clinical history of the centers.
The scope of the contract will include, as a minimum, the performance of the following services:
1) the supply of a mammogram and all the necessary components for its correct operation.
It includes the installation in the final location, the configuration, the calibration and the adjustment before its start-up, as well as its commissioning and the performance of the corresponding acceptance tests. Likewise, collaboration in the tasks of legalization of said devices and equipment is included, all in accordance with the provisions of clause 3.2 of the Technical Specification Sheet (hereinafter PPT);
2) the complete integration of the supplied equipment, with the information systems of the centers and the corporate systems that are detailed in clause 3.3 of the PPT;
3) updating the supplied equipment, including hardware and software, in accordance with the provisions of clause 3.4 of the PPT;
4) Comprehensive maintenance of the supplied equipment and associated peripherals, for exclusive use, with said equipment, to guarantee maximum availability.
This provision will include preventive, corrective, and technical-legal maintenance tasks, with the minimum requirements established in clause 3.5 of the PPT. Likewise, the Management of Health Alerts is included with the scope established in clauses 3.5.6 of the PPT;
5) the training of professionals to guarantee efficient management of the equipment supplied, in accordance with the provisions of clause 3.6 of the PPT.
