The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide assistance services to the project owner (Amoa) with the Information Systems Department (ISD) of the CNAF in order to support and assist the management of projects and programs carried out by the CNAF IT Department.The holders of this framework agreement provide assistance and support services for projects and programs for which the project management is exclusively provided by the CNAF. The services covered by this contract may not consist of the outsourcing of the contracting authority
