The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, tourist forest management, nursery works as well as seed and selection, to be carried out in the Marcule Forest District in 2023

Package I – Forest management in forestry: RUDA, PODRZECZE, MICHAŁÓW – including works in the field of: forest breeding, forest protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, fire protection;

The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)

point 7) PZP , within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. Material scope of services constituting

the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 70 % of the value of this contract.

Package II – Forest management in forestry: BŁAZINY, KRUKI, PASTWISKA – including works in the field of: forest breeding, nursery, seed and selection, arboretum, forest protection, tourist forest management, timber harvesting and harvesting, fire protection;

The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)

point 7) PZP , within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. Material scope of services constituting

the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 70 % of the value of this contract.

Package III – Forest management in forestry: GLADES – RESOLUTION PACKAGE;

the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 70 % of the value of this contract.

Package V – Forest management in forestry: JASIENIEC – including works in the field of: forest breeding, forest protection, tourist forest management, harvesting and harvesting of wood, fire protection;

The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)

point 7) PZP , within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. Material scope of services constituting

the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 70 % of the value of this contract.

Specialist package in the Marcule Forest District – including works in the field of: forest breeding (mechanical works on the forest nursery in The Pasture Forestry, transport of seedlings from the nursery to forestry, mechanical soil preparation, works related to the use of chemicals on the forest nursery), fire protection (monitoring of forest areas from towers / noticeable fire protection, execution and maintenance of fire belts, maintenance of the tractor in readiness for fire hunting and participation in firefighting action

point 7) PZP , within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. Material scope of services constituting

the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 70 % of the value of this contract.

Specialist package in the Marcule Forest District – including works in the field of: nursery, seed and selection, arboretum.

The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)
