Subject of the negotiation process are architectural services according to Part 3, Section 1 of the HOAI 2013 for the renovation of the institute buildings for the humanities and social sciences, as well as economics and preparatory college, pavilions at the castle on the south campus of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
The applicants should propose solutions for the planning task
According to § 76 Abs. 2 VgV, which are co-decisive for the selection of the contractor.
In addition to office and meeting rooms, seminar rooms and student workplaces are planned for KIT students in the buildings.
The dismantling of the polluted components as well as the dismantling down to the shell construction are part of the planning contract. A proposal for an appropriate facade design is also expected. The existing relationship between the buildings should be preserved. The heavily frequented rooms are to be arranged on the ground floor.
The aim of the selection of a proposed solution is to obtain a structurally appropriate draft for the building at a location on the KIT campus that is important for the state of Baden-Württemberg and for the city of Karlsruhe. The environmental protection of Karlsruhe Palace under monument protection law must be taken into account.
The implementation is planned for the years 2023 to 2027.
Usable area according to DIN 277-1: 2016-01, Table 1, NUF 1 to 6: 4,360 m
For the construction task, a cost target of approx. 20.1 million EUR gross (KG 300 + 400 including special costs according to DIN 276-1: 2008-12).
