Public tender for the assignment of the recovery service
dry, hazardous and non-hazardous waste (excluding residual/mixed dry waste) and
of compostable waste), deriving from separate collection within the territory
municipal of Mola di Bari, for the duration of twelve (12) months, plus the possibility of
renewal for a further three months, (3) to be exercised on the basis of discretionary choice of
contracting station. This is without prejudice to the application, by the S.A., of the termination clause of the
contract in relation to what may be arranged on the matter by AGER Puglia,
if the same adopts what is competent, pursuant to Regional Law no. 24/2012 and subsequent amendments, in
merit to the regulation of dry fractions of waste.
LOT 1 - Recoverable "selected" dry fractionsThe object of this contract is the execution of the award of the waste recovery service
dry, hazardous and non-hazardous (excluding residual/undifferentiated dry waste and waste
compostable), deriving from separate waste collection within the municipal territory of
Mola of Bari; this pending AGER Puglia, pursuant to the provisions of Regional Law no. 24/2012
and subsequent amendments, identify the final treatment plants for waste deriving from the collection
differentiated municipal solid waste for the Puglia Region and therefore also for the Municipality of
Mola of Bari. Due to the nature (waste groupable by product composition
similar) and the type of service to be performed, for which the possession of
specific authorizations in terms of waste that can be disposed of and related quantities, it is considered to announce
a tender for "homogeneous lots" with the possibility of competing, by interested parties,
for the award of a single "homogeneous lot" without prejudice to the possibility of
