The tender concerns the signing of a 4 year framework agreement, with a possible + 1 + 1 + 1 year extension, to allow the microbiology departments at Møre og Romsdal Health, to conduct quantitative analyses of genetic material from Hepatitis C virus, Hepatitis B virus and human cytomegalovirus.

Number of tests per year is stipulated to:

— Hepatitis C: 900,

— Hepatitis B: 350,

— CMV: 200.

The tender shall state the price per test result based on the stipulated sample volume.

The following costs should be included in the price per test result:

— Instrument (which is the tenderer's property);

— Reagents, controls, calibrators and consumables;

— Training in accordance with the specifications;

— Full service contract including parts.

The delivery must be inclusive of all components/accessories, assembly/installation and commissioning so that it functions as a whole based on the needs and requirements described.

Necessary training of personnel must be included.

Note that equipment, reagents, etc. must be on the market no later than 01.08.2014. Tenders which do not meet this requirement will be rejected.
