This contract concerns insurance against all "nail to nail" risks:

- Type 1: works of art loaned by Belgian or foreign institutions as part of temporary exhibitions that take place in the premises of the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium in Brussels (RMFAB), including or not a second or third visit. Deadlines are fixed and known in advance.

- Types 1a and 1b: works of art loaned on a long-term basis to the premises of the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium in Brussels (RMFAB) to complete the permanent collection. Deadlines are not known in advance.

- Type 2: works of art from the collection of the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium in Brussels (RMFAB) loaned for temporary exhibitions or semi-permanent presentations in Belgium or abroad. Deadlines are fixed and known in advance.

The following terms apply to this contract: this contract is a framework agreement in accordance with Article 43 of the Public Procurement Law.
