The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a three year contract for the procurement of dealer services for SAN and storage technology from IBM. The contract shall cover the purchase of machinery with associated software, associated support and maintenance services and other services the dealer can offer. The contract, with existing terms, shall have an unilateral option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre to extend the contract for a further 1+1+1 year. The options for extensions will automatically be taken up if the Brønnøysund Register Centre does not give notice on the contract at the latest 1 month before it expires.
