For the period after 1 November 2019, the Contracting Authority intends to contract a tenderer who can supply a student information system tailored to the Contracting Authority and future-proof in the form of an SAAS service (or similar in design). Contracting authority wishes to contract a Tenderer that provides for:

 Delivery of a student information system;

 Implementation, data migration (including all relevant (historical) registration and study progress data) and delivery of the student information system;

 Training and education of users of the student information system;

 Management, support and maintenance of the student information system and all offered links and any customization.

The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract a Tenderer during an initial period of four (4) years. The contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of four (4) times one (1) year.
