The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00 (in words: three million PLN) for the repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans and credits and to finance the planned deficit of the municipal budget.

4. The loan repayment will be secured by a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration. Only the bill of exchange declaration will be countersigned by the treasurer.

5. To calculate the loan price, the 3M WIBOR rate of 24 August 2023, i.e. 6.69%, and the Contractor's bank's margin should be used. The margin of the Contractor's bank will be fixed throughout the loan period.

6. For the correct comparison and calculation of the offer price, it should be assumed that the starting point of the loan is 30.11.2023.
