1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor in the field of plant planting services along with the delivery of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2022 and care services in the years 2022 – 2024, respectively in relation to from 1 to 7 parts of the contract, for the Municipal Greenery Board in Krakow. Procedure No NP.26.2.41.22.BT.

1.1. The subject of the contract is, in particular, the preparation of the substrate for planting, delivery and planting of trees, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, onion plants as well as their care, in the Municipality of Krakow (hereinafter GMK), for the Management Board of Urban Greenery in Krakow (hereinafter ZZM), in relation to one to seven parts of the order, covering in particular the scope described in the following Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) with a division into parts corresponding respectively specified areas from 1 to 7 and described in annexes to the SWZ (offer estimates and graphic boards).

Part 1 of the order - includes planting trees and shrubs along with the supply of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2022 and care in the years 2022-2024 in parks, green areas, Jordan gardens, road lanes, housing estate areas in District XIV. The detailed scope of works and the requirements for their implementation are described in the tabular lists attached to the SWZ to calculate the offer price (cost estimates) and graphic boards

Part 2 of the order – includes planting trees, shrubs and ornamental grasses along with the supply of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2022 and care in the years 2022-2024 at Wybickiego Street, J. Conrad Street, Radzikowskiego Street and Jaremy Street/Opolska Street. The detailed scope of work and the requirements for their implementation are described in the tabular lists attached to the SWZ for calculating the offer price (cost estimates) and graphic boards.

Part 3 of the order - includes planting trees and shrubs along with the supply of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2022 and care in the years 2022-2024 in parks, green areas, Jordan gardens, road lanes, housing estate areas in District II and District XIII. The detailed scope of work and the requirements for their implementation are described in the tabular lists attached to the SWZ for calculating the offer price (cost estimates) and graphic boards.

Part 4 of the order - includes planting trees, shrubs and creepers along with the supply of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2022 and care in the years 2022-2024 in parks, green areas, Jordan gardens, road lanes, housing estate areas in District III, XVI, XVII and XVIII. The detailed scope of work and the requirements for their implementation are described in the tabular lists attached to the SWZ for calculating the offer price (cost estimates) and graphic boards.

Part 5 of the order - includes planting trees, shrubs and perennials along with the supply of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2022 and care in the years 2022-2024 in parks, green areas, Jordan gardens, road lanes, housing estate areas in the District IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII and in the Vistula Boulevards. Part 6 of the order - includes planting trees, shrubs and perennials along with the supply of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2022 and care in the years 2022-2024 in parks, green areas, Jordan gardens, road lanes, housing estate areas in District IV, V, VIII, XI. Part 7 of the order - includes planting trees, shrubs, perennials, onion plants along with the supply of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2022 and care in the years 2022-2024 in parks, green areas, Jordan gardens, road lanes, housing estate areas in District III, XV, XVI, XVIII.
