The subject of the Order is the provision by the Contract Engineer of comprehensive services consisting in filling on behalf of and for the Employer the function of contract engineer in the implementation of the investment under the name "Adaptation of heat sources to the requirements of BAT Conclusions" in Radpec SA

The investment will consist of comprehensive implementation of the flue gas treatment installation in the "design and build" formula by the general BAT contractor in Heating South and Heating Plant North, i.e. obtaining administrative decisions, design, supply of equipment and equipment, construction and assembly of a complete flue gas treatment installation (as a result of actions that will reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides, dusts, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, mercury and ammonia at sources in Radpec SA), commissioning, all tests and tests checking the correct operation of all installations until the day of acceptance and commissioning of all stages flue gas cleaning installations.

As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Employer orders the Contract Engineer to perform comprehensive services, including:

1. substantive support in the technical evaluation of bids and documents attached thereto as part of public procurement contracts for the selection of a general BAT contractor;

2. organizational preparation of the Investment in the area of responsibility of the Employer, including conducting coordination meetings, including with the general contractor for BAT and other meetings regarding the Investment,

3. conducting - on behalf of the Employer - control and supervision over the construction of the flue gas treatment installation and its commissioning in accordance with the implementation contract concluded with the general contractor BAT

4. making acceptance during the construction of the flue gas treatment installation,

5. organizational, technical and economic support of the Employer throughout the entire investment process,

6. supervision of warranty tests and the removal by the general contractor of BAT the defects and faults of the flue gas cleaning installation during the period of implementation of the object of the contract.

The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract, the manner and conditions of its performance and the requirements of the Employer are presented in Part I, Part II and Part III of the ToR.

The Employer provides for the possibility of providing the current Contractor with services in accordance with art. 134 section 6 point 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the order consisting in the repetition of similar services, in accordance with point III.7 Part I of the ToR.
