Integrated service of collection, transport, transfer and recovery of municipal waste of paint containers, inks, adhesives and resins from recycling, C.E.R. 20 01 27* paints, inks, adhesives and resins containing hazardous substances, to be entrusted to authorised and authorised contractors as described in point III.1.1). These are jars, buckets, unused cans, residues, waste of paint products, inks, adhesives, resins, glues, water-paints, solvents, etc. resulting from domestic work carried out on their own, conferred by domestic utilities at the waste collection centres (C.D.R.) consortium. The service consists of:

—principal performance: service of recovery operations in authorised plant,

— secondary performance: transport of empty containers/boxes from the authorized recovery plant to the C.D.R. and vice versa, the full to the recovery plant, period 36 months, total 384 t estimated.

Integrated service of collection, transport, transfer and recovery of municipal waste of paint containers, inks, adhesives and resins from recycling, C.E.R. 20 01 27* varnishes, inks, adhesives and resins containing hazardous substances, to be entrusted to authorised and authorised contractors as described in point III.1.1.). These are municipal waste (jars, buckets, unused cans, residues, waste of paint products, inks, adhesives, resins, glues, water-based paints, solvents, etc. resulting from domestic work carried out on their own), conferred by domestic utilities at the waste collection centres (C.D.R.) located in the consortium territory. Spray cylinders or otherwise with underpressure gas are not included. The service consists of:

— main supply: service of recovery operations (Annex C — Part IV — of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006 letter R...), of the loading of waste collected and transported to the plant authorized pursuant to Legislative Decree no. . 152/2006 of waste CER 20 01 27* paints, inks, adhesives and resins containing hazardous substances in the name of the contractor (phase 4 of the service),

— secondary performance: transport of empty containers/boxes from the authorised recovery facility to waste collection centres, and vice versa, containers/boxes containing waste CER 20 01 27* paints, inks, adhesives and resins containing hazardous substances from waste collection centres to the authorised recovery plant, with registration in the National Register of Environmental Managers in Category 1 by class adapted to “cover” 122 280 resident inhabitants, pursuant to Articles 8 and 9 of the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment and the Protection of Land and Sea 3.6.2014 n. 120, including all withdrawal operations and positioning (steps 1, 2 and 3 of the service). The service includes a complete periodic cycle consisting of the following four phases to be carried out by the contractor in any of the Board of Directors (phase 1,2, 3), and at his own plant. offer (stage 4). Three-year contract period presumably starting from 1.9.2021 to 31.8.2024 and in any case, with effect from the date of actual start of the service, even postponed compared to that provided therein, without prejudice to the date of actual start of the service, without prejudice to the three-year duration. The total quantity in tonnes for the contract concerned is estimated at 384 tonnes (average 10,667 tonnes (128 tonnes per year) x 36 months), with a total fluctuation of +/- 20% ton. under the same conditions economic and contractual agreements. The unit price based on the tendering procedure shall be 1 052,00 (one thousand fifty-two/00) EUR/tonne, of which 1 050,00 (fifty-fifty/00) EUR/t lowered + 2,00 (two/00) per tonne for non-interferential unit security charges low, net of any ecotax and various unit contributions and VAT. For an alleged total amount of: EUR 403 968.00 of which EUR 768.00 for total non-lowered interferential security charges, net of any total ecotax and miscellaneous contributions and VAT.
