The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from all residential real estate located in the Nowogród Bobrzański commune in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage. The scope of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste: mixed, selectively collected, including: paper, plastics, glass and multi-material packaging, biodegradable municipal waste, and metal. Collection of mixed municipal waste in the Nowogród Bobrz commune. it is to take place in a container system (using durable containers supplied by the Contractor), while selective collection in a container-sack system (using durable containers or sacks provided by the Contractor). Biodegradable waste will be collected in containers or sacks.
Order description.
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from all residential real estate located in the Nowogród Bobrzański commune in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage.
2. The scope of the contract includes collection of municipal waste:
a) unsorted (mixed) (code 20 03 01),
b) selectively received, including:
- paper - including paper and cardboard packaging (code 15 01 01),
- plastics, metals - including plastic, metal and multi-material packaging (code 15 01 02),
- glass - including glass packaging (code 15 01 07),
- bio waste (code 20 02 01),
c) bulky waste (code 20 03 07),
d) used electric and electronic devices (code 20 01 36),
e) worn tires (code 16 01 03).
3. Characteristics of the Nowogród Bobrzański commune.
a) Nowogród Bobrzański commune is an urban-rural commune, located in the Zielona Góra poviat, Lubuskie voivodship with an area of 259.4 km
b) The number of real estate on which residents live as at 30.9.2019, from which municipal waste will be collected:
- in single-family housing - 1741,
- in multi-family housing - 101.
c) The number of persons registered as at 30.9.2019 in the commune of Nowogród Bobrzański is 9255, including resident covered by the municipal waste collection system from inhabited real estate according to submitted declarations as at 30.9.2019, amounted to 7 587 people, including the number of persons segregating was 5,463 and non-segregating 2,124. The Purchaser reserves that the number of segregating and non-segregating persons may change due to changes in declarations and the number of persons residing in the commune.
