The tender concerns the collection of food waste, plastic and food and drink carton waste, paper waste, cardboard waste, glass waste, metal waste, residual waste, hazardous waste, textile waste, porcelain, soft PVC, waste of electronic and electrical products, bulky waste and garden waste from private households and municipal companies and institutions in Furesø Municipality, as well as rental of containers. Currently, approximately 150 companies are voluntarily part of the municipal residual waste scheme.

The contracting entity estimates the total contract value to be approximately DKK 26,000,000.00 annually. The stated contract value is based on an estimate of expected future consumption. The value is thus indicative, and the Supplier is not guaranteed any minimum turnover. The contract is exclusive. The contracting entity expects that new arrangements and/or changes to existing arrangements may be introduced during the contract period. The contracting entity has decided to enter into an agreement with I/S Vestforbrænding (hereinafter Vestforbrænding) on contract management of this contract, which means that a representative from Vestforbrænding on behalf of Fu-resø Municipality will handle the actual management activities.
