The preparation of the study, the design, the preparation of the implementation file, the tender and the monitoring of the implementation for the expansion of the municipal technical institute in Duffel.

This construction project consists of a new building, partly in the Kasteelstraat, partly on the playground, with a total surface area of 1 639 m 2 of which a shared basement, a covered playground of 465 m 2 , environmental works of 768 m 2 and 1 e equipment.

The total implementation cost of this construction project is estimated at EUR 3 091 060, excluding 6% VAT and fees.

This service contract contains the following components:

- structural work, finishing, stability and techniques (HVAC, electricity, plumbing),

- safety coordination,

- EBP reporting,

- drawing up various application files (environmental permit, grant file AGION, ...),

- drawing up technical specifications and organizing competition for necessary examinations (eg acoustics, soil mechanics, ...).

In addition to the regular subsidy via AGION, the municipality has additional subsidies for this file in response to a capacity expansion file from the Flemish Government amounting to EUR 457 200, education department. The maximum eligible project cost is EUR 3 046 000.
