KiV Thüringen GmbH (KIV Thüringen) has been supporting administrations primarily in Thuringia for over 25 years with regard to comprehensive support specified for the individual user.

With this tender, KIV Thüringen GmbH intends to conclude framework agreements on the procurement of brand-new standard IT hardware in the advertised lots and product categories in order to be able to cover the needs of KIV and other beneficiaries in a bundled manner. Invitations to tender are "Inkjet Drucler" (Lot 1), "Printing Concepts" (Lot 2), "Laser Printers" (Lot 3) and "Government Printers" (Lot 4). Each lot also includes supplementary delivery and services, such as.B accessories, product variants, built-to-order configuration, system service and rollout services.

The framework agreements are intended - without justification of an acceptance obligation - to cover procurement needs of the beneficiaries that cannot yet be planned and concretized in detail by calling up the contractual services as required.

The KIV in Thuringia, its co-shareholders, the districts, cities, municipalities, administrative communities and special purpose associations in the federal state of Thuringia, including their legally independent and dependent institutions and associations and other forms of cooperation, are entitled to subscribe for this award procedure.

The subject of the invitation to tender for Lot 1 includes the procurement of inkjet printers in various product classes and product characteristics as well as other supplementary contractual services. It is intended to conclude framework agreements in Lot 1 with up to 3 economic operators. Within Lot 1, the determination of one manufacturer across all product categories is mandatory. The procurement documents describe the mandatory and optional services.

Over the current duration of the framework agreement (see Section II.2.7) of the contract notice), the contracting authority estimates a total value of approximately EUR 1,500,000.00 excluding VAT. The estimated total value is based on the experience of recent years, including estimated additional requirements, but without possible enlargement rights

It is intended to conclude framework agreements in Lot 2 with up to 3 economic operators. Within Lot 1, the determination of one manufacturer across all product categories is mandatory.
