4.1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the City of Tomaszów Lubelski.

4.2. The order includes the collection of municipal waste generated on residential properties collected "at source" as well as collected at the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) and from street bins located in the City of Tomaszów Lubelski. The estimated number of single-family properties to be handled in the field of waste collection and management is about 3510 properties. The estimated number of multi-unit properties to be handled in the field of waste collection and management is about 100 properties. The estimated number of street bins for waste collection and management is about 356 pcs.

1. The scope of the contract includes services in the City of Tomaszów Or.:

1) collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located in the City of Tomaszów Lubelski, where residents live,

2) equipping all owners of residential real estate with containers, containers, bags for municipal wastefall,

3) establishing and operating a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and an additional collection point for expired medicines.

1) collection and management of municipal waste from street bins set up in the City of Tomaszów Lubelski,

2) intervention removal and management of waste from street bins after events organized by the City,
