The object of the order is the construction of a pressing pipeline, in Łodygowice and further to the wastewater treatment plant in Żyvc with a total length of 2,445.0 m; gravity channels with a total length of 143.5 m; siphon under the bottom of the Kalonka stream with a total length of 149.0 m; Modernization of the pressing works by re recalculation of its parameters and the selection of pumps with increased efficiency.

The object of the order is the construction of a pressing pipeline, which sanitary wastewater from part of the municipality Lipowa will be directed to the existing gravitational sanitary network in the region of os. Czarny in Pietrzykowice (scope of task 1). From there, the existing sewage pipes will be directed to the existing wastewater pumping plant “ŁA-P3” in the area of Wodna Street in Łodygowice (scope 2) and further to the wastewater treatment plant in Żyviec.

Task Range 1

Pamping Pipeline

Task 1 includes the construction of a pressing pipeline from Dz 225 mm PE 100-RC SDR17 PN10 pipes with butt-welded or electro-resisting couplings for pressure sewage system.

The length of the designed pressure pipeline is:

In Lipowa: Dz 225 mm PE, L = 1 349.0 m

In Pietrzykowice: Dz225 mm PE, L = 1 096.0 m

Total: Dz 225 mm PE, L= 2,445.0 m

Gravity channels

It was designed as a short gravitational section (from expansion well to junction) with a diameter of Dz 315 mm PVC. In addition, an extension of the existing gravity thread was planned in the same area by the sewer section of Dz160-200 mm PVC to enable connection to the sewer network of the building located on plot No 986/9.

The length of the designed sewer system is:

In Pietrzykowice: Dz 315 mm PVC, L = 54,5 m

In Pietrzykowice: Dz 200 mm PVC, L = 84,5 m

In Pietrzykowice: Dz 160 mm PVC, L = 4,5 m

Total: Dz 160—315 mm, PVC L= 143.5 m

Task Scope 2

The siphon under the bottom of the Kalonka stream is designed from PE 100-RC SDR17 PN10 pipes with butt welded couplings for pressure sewer Dz 250 mm diameter.

The length of the designed sections of sanitary sewerage system in Łodygowice is:

Dz 250 mm PE, L = 74.0 m

Dz 315 mm PVC, L = 67.5 m

Dz 500 mm PVC, L = 7.5 m

Total: Dz 250—500 mm, L = 149.0 m

Upgrading of the pressing

Due to the expansion of the sewer network and the increased supply of wastewater to the compressed plant, it was necessary to recalculate the parameters of the pressing plant and to select pumps with increased efficiency.
