The contract consists of the custody, control, management and maintenance of the purification plants and sewage lifting stations falling within the territory of the City of Vibo Valentia, delivery and pressure pipes in the area pertaining to the lifting stations (radius ml. 50.00) listed and as per the project drawn up in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, in particular art. 41 paragraph 12 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 - according to the rules established by the C.S.A. and in the other tender documents and based on the principles provided for by the current legislation on the subject
