The goal of the procurement is to meet the client's needs for service and installation of white goods. The contractor's good treatment of the tenant is a prerequisite where, among other things, information and feedback are key words to make the agreement work in a good way. The client strives for high customer satisfaction.
The client intends to sign framework agreements with 3 contractors in the area division Premises and Housing: 1 contractor in area Premises and 1 contractor in Housing, as well as 1 reserve. See "Agreement areas" below.
The request concerns framework agreements for service and installation work of white goods that are carried out on an ongoing basis after call-off from the customer. The work includes unplanned and planned maintenance, service with troubleshooting and installation work as well as minor rebuilding and new construction.
The service includes ongoing needs for repairs in order to keep equipment and machinery in usable condition as long as it is economically sustainable. The work includes both planned and unplanned work.
Installation includes receiving, transporting and installing equipment and machinery.
Limitations: The framework agreement does not cover service or installation of catering equipment.
Some storage of the Customer's purchased spare machines (fridge, freezer, stove, washing machine) may occur.
Existing work is carried out in properties that house apartments and premises at Kfast and in municipal properties (offices, school, preschool, etc.) as well as in industrial properties as well as in office and business premises at other municipal companies.
