The 4 companies are located in the Central Denmark Region and are responsible for waste management in the municipalities of Favrskov, Aarhus, Norddjurs, Syddjurs, Odder, and Skanderborg Municipalities with a total population September 2022 of approx. 579,000 of approx. 152,000 garden homes (detached houses,

townhouses, etc.) and approx. 128,000 apartment buildings (incl. student housing).

The tender includes the collection, sorting and disposal of hazardous waste from communal buildings (multi-storey buildings, terraced houses, etc. with common waste disposal solutions) collected in boxes in the buildings.

The tender is not divided into lots and a contract is concluded with 1 Tenderer. The winning Bidder enters into a contract with each of the 4 companies on the basis of the draft contract in the tender documents.

The start of the contract for the Tenderer is different for the participants in the collaboration. The contracting entity expects the collection of boxes from communal buildings to commence at the following times:

RenoDjurs I/S: 1. October 2023

Circuit A/S: October 1, 2023

RenoSyd I/S: 1. september 2024
