This Tender concerns the European public tender for the Framework Agreement on Consultancy and Engineering Services 2024.

The purpose of this tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with several companies that are able to deliver the requested product or service as described in this procurement guideline.

This framework agreement includes consultancy and engineering services (various fields and different specialisations).

WSRL intends to enter into Framework Agreements as of 1 January 2024 for a period of two (2) years with the possibility to extend the agreements unilaterally, two (2) times for one (1) year under the same conditions.

The current agreements for the execution of Consulting and Engineering Services expire on 31 December 2023.

This framework agreement includes Consulting and Engineering services for various programs, fields and specializations.

The programmes of the Rivierenland water board are divided as follows:

Waterveiligheid

The Rivierenland Water Board ensures strong dikes. The dikes protect us from flooding during high water. We manage and maintain our dikes so that they continue to function properly. Working on water safety is never finished. We take into account developments that may affect flood risks, such as climate change. Our dikes not only protect us, but are also important as landscape elements. In addition, our dikes are a habitat for plants and animals. By managing and maintaining our dikes, we contribute to increasing biodiversity. A sturdy herb-rich turf is good for the water-retaining functions of the dike and for biodiversity.

Water system

The Rivierenland Water Board ensures a balanced water system. A balanced water system requires a good balance between water supply and discharge. So that the inhabitants keep their feet dry in times of precipitation and have sufficient water in times of drought. In addition, we ensure good water quality. Clean water contributes to a good living environment for people, animals and plants. Balance in the water system also refers to the considerations that are always made, taking into account other parties, the environment and the future.

Waterketen

As a water board, we have the task of purifying waste water. We do this to limit the spread of diseases and for clean water in our living environment. Our ambition is to contribute to clean water and to making society more sustainable with our purification task.

Because of

In the area of the Alblasserwaard and the Vijfheerenlanden, the Rivierenland Water Board is responsible for the maintenance of roads, cycle paths and walking paths outside built-up areas. Road safety (especially vulnerable road users) has our explicit attention.

Means

Concerns advice on housing, policy in the financial field, on the examination of the budget and also advice on policy matters relating to communication, regulations, personnel matters, property, computerization and automation, facility affairs and purchasing and controlling.
