New residential building with daycare + TG, Glonner Straße in Brunnthal - property planning services.

Property planning services in accordance with § 34 HOAI, service phases 1-9 and special services for the new construction of approx. 6 apartments, a daycare center and an underground car park with outdoor facilities including noise protection measures in Brunnthal. A development plan procedure for this is currently underway, the development plan has been drafted. The service phases are ordered in stages.

The municipality of Brunnthal intends to build a new building in Brunnthal to meet the needs of living and daycare places (details in m 2nd NF):

New construction of approx. 6 apartments, approx. 530 m 2nd

New daycare center approx. 339 m 2nd

New underground car park approx. 345 m 2nd

The approx. 6 rental apartments correspond to the generally applicable apartment standard, the quality standards of the Munich District Office for the interior design of day care centers must be taken into account.

The construction project is funded by the Free State of Bavaria as part of the housing subsidy.
