Stadtwerke Köln GmbH (= SWK), as the agency in charge of the award procedure, are looking for industrial liability insurance cover as of January 1st, 2021 by way of the Europe-wide tender on behalf of the group company AWB Abfallwirtschaftsbetriebe Köln GmbH (= AWB), which is the client and policyholder.

I. We are looking for industrial liability insurance cover for AWB Abfallwirtschaftsbetriebe Köln GmbH (= AWB) on January 1st, 2021

II. Industrial liability insurance is to be offered on the basis of a specified industrial liability insurance contract together with conditions for the industrial liability insurance contract, the risk description and the specified contract document. The scope of coverage of the liability insurance protection sought (including the amounts insured, sublimits, deductibles, etc.) as well as a description of the activities of AWB can be found in the aforementioned documents and in the AWB annual report.
