Subject of this publication is the conclusion of a supplementary agreement to the existing cooperation agreements for the improvement of the quality and transparency according to § 135a SGB V with Hessian physician networks in the context of a so-called "open house model". Interested doctors' networks can request the participation documents and the contract at the contact address listed under I.1). Prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested doctor's network submits the requested participation documents in full and signed. A contract is signed with each doctor network that meets the eligibility requirements.
