The building ensemble consists of the 5-storey school wing, which will be gutted and completely renovated, as well as a new three-compartment sports hall and a canteen building. The school wing will receive a new, highly thermally insulated façade made of pre-assembled timber frame elements. The sports hall and canteen are manufactured in solid reinforced concrete construction with roof structures made of laminated wood trusses. The roof areas are partially greened. The existing outdoor areas and playground will be renewed and a new covered bicycle storage facility will be built.
