1. The subject of the basic contract is:

1.1 Execution and delivery of the Technical Design;

1.2 Delivery with unloading of a Hitachi VSS F5500 compatible Disk Array – including Software and warranty;

1.3 Implementation consisting in the installation and configuration of the delivered Equipment, integration with the Ordering Party's Environment;

1.4 Execution and delivery of As-Built Documentation;

1.5 Granting a guarantee and warranty for the delivered Equipment for a period of 36 months counted from the date of signing the Quantitative Acceptance Protocol without reservations.

2. Detailed conditions regarding the performance of the contract are contained in the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
