Construction and equipment of the primary school and public kindergarten in Ostrów Mazowiecka together with land development and access road. Detailed information in SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is: Construction and equipment of the primary school and public kindergarten in Ostrów Mazowiecka together with land use and access road.

2. The scope of the order shall include, in particular:

1) demolition of buildings;

2) execution of connectors: heating, water supply, sewer and power;

3) execution of photovoltaic installation;

4) reconstruction of existing networks interfere with the designed building;

5) creation of recreational areas;

6) felling of a tree interfering with a designed coupler and planting new trees;

7) construction of communication strings;

8) construction of descents and parking spaces;

9) the construction of the street (piercing Trębicki Street, which is a link to Partyzantów Street) together with the reconstruction of technical infrastructure.

3. The Contractor shall, upon completion of the works, obtain a decision on behalf of the Contracting Authority and shall collect and provide all necessary documentation for that purpose.

4. The detailed scope of works for implementation is specified in:

1) the attached project, executed by Limba Eko sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Kraków, approved by Decision No 497/2021 of 09.09.2021r. on the construction permit and

2) submission for demolition of the apartment building and foundations of the old school dated 22.07.2021 and demolition project carried out by the Company Office of Projects and Implementation of Construction Investment - Tomasz Rapa with its registered office in Kraków and

3) attached project, executed by BPT Sp z o.o. with its registered office in Olsztyn, approved by Decision No 11/2019 of 25.09.2019r. authorising the implementation of a road investment: “Construction of a street length of about 230 meters (piercings of Trębicki Street, constituting a link to Partyzantans' Street ) with the reconstruction of technical infrastructure' — in plots no. Ew. 3070/6, 3103/6, 3086, 3091/1, 3091/3, 3092/2, 3093/5, 3095/2, 3096/4, 3085/1, 3097/10 within Ostrów Mazowiecka.

Each of the Contractors submitting the tender is obliged to include: Single European Procurement Document (EAT), Statement of Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract (if applicable), Power of attorney (if applicable), Original of the vault document in surety or warranties ( if applicable) and the obligation of third parties to put the necessary resources at their disposal (applies only when the Contractor relies on the capacity or situation of other entities under the principles set out in Article 118 of the Law P.z.p). The Contractor who invokes the resources of other entities in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and to fulfil the conditions of participation in the proceeding, to the extent that it relies on their resources, shall also submit the Single European Procurement Documents of those entities.
