This consultation concerns the supplies of green and flowering plants in pots and will give rise to the conclusion of two framework agreements with purchase orders which will be concluded without a minimum and with a maximum amount for each of their periods of validity ( first period or possible renewal period). The consultation took place within the framework of the order group made up of Orléans Métropole (coordinator), city of Orleans, city of Saint-Jean-de-la-Ruelle and city of Saint-Jean-de-Braye.
