In Freiburg Dietenbach, a new district for about 16 thousand people is being built. As part of the external development measures, pipeline work for drinking water must be carried out. The section of the route runs along Opfinger Str via Tel-Aviv-Yafo-Allee to Mundenhofer Str. In addition, the coordinated measures of the crossings by means of empty pipes for district heating and drinking water in the area of Opfinger Str (tram crossing) are to be carried out.
Most of the pipeline is laid in an open trench. For the crossing of the tram line in Opfinger Str, a closed construction method is planned for the drinking water pipeline and district heating pipeline in empty conduits.
