The tender process concerns regular transports between school and home and in accordance with the curriculum for the school and day activities of Pohjanlinnu, the teaching unit of Savonlinna Talvisalo School, and the school transports of different schools in Savonlinna in the academic years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025. The contract starts on 9.8.2023. It is possible to extend the contract on a site-by-item basis with an option. This is a subscriber's option. The customer decides separately whether to take advantage of the option periods included in the acquisition. The subscriber has the right not to exercise their stock options.

A single bidder or tender consortium is selected to manage the operation of the sites.

At the time of the invitation to tender, the start and end dates of all academic years are not known.

The tender applies to regular school-to-home and curriculum-based school transport. School transport is designed and organized for the transport needs of primary school students. School transport routes and timetables are explained in the appendix to the invitation to tender. When submitting a tender, the operator must take into account that the information is indicative and is intended to facilitate the submission of a tender.

The quality requirements for the equipment and service are presented in the appendix to the invitation to tender.

Acquisition targets

Item 1

The Pohjanlinnu school education unit of the Talvisalo school in Savonlinna and the transport of daytime activities to the Pohjanlinnu teaching unit (Asemantie 16) during school holidays.

N.B.

The procurement contract for site 1 will end when the transports of the daytime activities of the Pohjanlinnu teaching unit end in August.
