The services include:- the cleaning of the aeraulic networks is carried out by emulsifying the greases present on the walls and surfaces and then by removing the emulsified greases using a high-pressure hot water stream, the greases being evacuated by the water flow.- The cleaning of the VMC networks is carried out manually, using a central suction unit. The objective is to remove the dust that accumulates in the various elements of the ventilation in order to allow an optimal airflow

The services include:- the P2 type service: driving and maintenance, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.- Improvement of the energy and environmental performance of the facilities with reduction of energy consumption and reduction of greenhouse gases.- Assistance to the project owner in his renovation programs.- The implementation of a customer extranet for the follow-up and entry of requests. (Troubleshooting, reading reports, interventions etc ?...) - the establishment of a 24-hour call centre.- Preparation of the annual report.- The annual water analysis of ECS productions.- Water analysis of hydraulic circuits and treatments.- Continuity of service of all technical equipment with the required level of safety.- Functions of use, comfort and safety in relation to the evolution of users' needs as well as that of regulations
