The subject of this order is the supply (sale) of electricity to the headquarters of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.

The subject of the order is a product with established quality standards, which are set out in the description of the object of the order set out in Annex 5 to SWZ and relate to its main components. In addition, the purchase price of the order item includes all costs related to the life cycle of the product, i.e. includes manufacturing and selling costs. The product as a result of use is completely consumed and therefore there is no additional cost of disposal.
The subject of the contract are the supply (sale) of electricity to the Ordering Party's headquarters, located in Warsaw at 3A Konstruktorska Street. The forecasted consumption of electricity during the term of the contract is: 1 600 MWh (1 600 000 kWh), while the expected value of electricity consumption by the Ordering Party during the term of the contract has only an indicative value and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the given quantity. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for the purchase by the Ordering Party of less than the expected amount of energy, subject to the minimum amount of energy to be purchased indicated in the PPU. The minimum amount of energy that will be purchased under the contract is 1 000 MWh. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 5 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract is a product with established quality standards, which have been specified in the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 5 to the SWZ and refer to its main elements. In addition, the purchase price of the subject of the contract includes all costs related to the life cycle of the product, i.e. includes the costs of production and sale. As a result of use, the product is subject to complete wear, therefore there are no additional costs of its disposal.
