The present tender is carried out as a public tender for the supply of coffee, tea, accessories and the purchase of coffee machines incl. service. The offer includes the following categories:
- Coffee including conventional and organic ground, whole beans and instant coffee,
- Tea including conventional and organic divided into two (2) types of tea:
- Letter tea to individual campuses,
- Loose tea for each campus,
- Accessories for coffee machines including cleansing tablets, cleaning fluids, milk powder and cocoa,
- Service and maintenance agreement for newly purchased machines incl. labor, driving, spare parts and regeneration of lime filter / softener,
- Machines including brewing facilities, whole bean coffee machine and flask coffee machines.

A number of campuses have integrated canteens with associated kitchens. The individual canteen makes purchases in order to be able to supply tea and coffee, as well as resale to staff and students.
The present tender is carried out as a public tender for the supply of coffee, tea, accessories and the purchase of coffee machines incl. service. The offer includes the following categories:
- coffee including conventional and organic ground, whole beans and instant coffee,
- Tea including conventional and organic divided into two (2) types of tea:
- Letter tea to individual campuses. Temple tea (pyramid shaped nylon tea bags) is not included in the supply. The contracting entity reserves the right to purchase these products without applying this Framework Agreement, cf. 1 and 2 (the rule of partiality),
- Loose tea for each campus.
- Accessories for coffee machines including cleansing tablets, cleaning fluids, milk powder and cocoa,
- Machines including brewing machines, whole bean coffee machine and flask coffee machines,
- Service and maintenance agreement for newly purchased machines incl. labor wages, driving, spare parts and regeneration of lime filter / softener. Service and maintenance of existing coffee machines are not included in the supply. The client reserves the right to enter into service agreements without the application of this Framework Agreement.
The client intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with one (1) Supplier.
