This European public tender focuses on concluding a framework agreement with 1 Contractor per parcel for hiring a Starlight manager and a Web developer Customer portal for a specific period.

The contract has been split into several lots, namely:

1) manager Starlight;

2) web developer Customer portal.

Please note: under the DBA Act, both assignments do not lend themselves to self-employed persons without employees. Tenderers may offer a maximum of 1 candidate per lot. Tenderers may tender for both lots and a tenderer may be awarded both lots. All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and / or by calling on third parties.

The size of the Starlight manager function (including extra hours in connection with any calamities) can be estimated at a maximum of EUR 180,000 excluding VAT per year, no rights can be derived from this.

The size of the Web Developer Web Portal function (including additional hours in connection with any calamities) can be estimated at a maximum of EUR 120,000 excluding VAT per year, no rights can be derived from this.

The size of the Starlight manager function (including extra hours in connection with any calamities) can be estimated at a maximum of EUR 180,000 excluding VAT per year, no rights can be derived from this.

The size of the Web Developer Web Portal function (including additional hours in connection with any calamities) can be estimated at a maximum of EUR 120,000 excluding VAT per year, no rights can be derived from this.
