this contract is a composite Euroframework agreement corresponding in part to an ordinary contract (in particular for strategic advice, support and design of the campaign), and in part to a Euroframework agreement executed exclusively by means of purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162âeuro13 and R. 2162âeuro14 of the Public Procurement Code, (in particular for the performance of organizational services and participation in trade fairs)

The purpose of this consultation is to design a global communication strategy, directly related to the OIQ's missions, aimed at a wide audience, which is available through appropriate actions/tools adapted to the intended targets, in the short, medium and long term.
