1. The object of the order is to organize the visit of entrepreneurs and representatives of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Germany on 19.10.2021—22.10.2021.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for its implementation, the Contracting Authority specified in the draft agreement, annex 5 to the Specification of the Conditions of the Order, hereinafter referred to as “SWZ”.

1. The object of the order is to organize the visit of entrepreneurs and representatives of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Germany on 19.10.2021—22.10.2021.

2. The aim of the visit is to participate in economic meetings during the Cosmetic Bussiness 2021 trade fair held in Munich on 20.10.2021—21.10.2021 in support of Lower Silesian exports and investments outside the country.

3. Contractors shall be entrusted with the implementation of the individual elements of the contract in accordance with the request of the contracting authority

1) purchase of round-trip flight tickets, without crossings, to/from Munich with the option of hand luggage (min. 8 kg) and checked luggage (min. 18 kg) for 15 persons;

2) providing transport for the transport of 15 people with luggage during their stay at Cosmetic Bussiness 2021 on 19.10.2021—22.10.2021;

3) the provision of hotel services for 15 persons during the stay of the Lower Silesian delegation at Cosmetic Bussiness 2021 on 19.10.2021—22.10.2021, with one person being one service. Total 45 accommodation services = 3 days x 15 people;

4) the provision of catering services — half board for 15 persons within 19.10.2021—21.10.2021 (3 half board x 15 persons);

5) purchase of admission cards for the Cosmetic Bussiness 2021in Munich on 20.10.2021—21.10.2021;

6) purchase of a NNW tourist insurance policy covering the time from the departure of the Lower Silesian delegation from Wrocław until its return to Wrocław (15 persons).

4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for its implementation of the contracting authority specified in the draft agreement, as set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ.

5. In this proceeding, the contracting authority does not specify employment requirements on the basis of the employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Pzp Act, and the employment requirements of persons referred to in Article 96 (2) (2) of the Law Pzp.
