Stadtwerke Leipzig GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Leipziger Stadtwerke") is one of the largest municipal utilities in Germany. In view of the intense competition in the energy market, they need key figures and operational control options for customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as for process satisfaction perceived by customers at customer touchpoints. In addition, Leipziger Stadtwerke needs immediate actionable insights into current, individual topics as well as the status quo of their brand. Since 2016, this has been part of the "Leipziger Gruppe" brand family, which also includes the Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe and Leipziger Wasserwerke brands. With the joint brand strategy within the Group, an integrative approach is pursued, which is expressed in a common brand positioning and in a high degree of self-similarity between the Leipzig brands. The integrative approach requires a comprehensive management of the entire brand family and thus also an overarching instrument for brand controlling. Leipziger Stadtwerke acts as the client for the brand measurement of the entire Leipzig brand family.
