New construction of a medical care and research building with administrative areas, treatment and bed areas, laboratory floor with S3 laboratory. The tendered service includes all cost subgroups of the KG480 in conventional design for building services supply systems and room temperature control/ventilation with 5600 physical data points and 750 common data points.

- 32x control cabinets with automation stations BACnet/IP B-BC with Bosch / Sauter brand binding

- 1x E90 control cabinet with safety PLC according to type SIL2 for S3 laboratory

- 1x E90 control cabinet for mechanical smoke extraction

- Automation/management network KAT6 provided.

- Self-sufficient laboratory pressure control system for S3 laboratory

- Implementation of automation systems on existing management system (Bosch/ Sauter)
