The purpose of the procurement is to sign framework agreements with suppliers that can cover the need that the County Administrative Board has for food with a wide range.

For the various business locations, fruit, bread, vegetables, sweets, cold cuts, milk and more are purchased for the cafeteria, coffee orders and for own preparation and serving at the residence. The County Administrative Board also organizes a number of external and internal conferences that may include, for example, coffee and fruit. The purchases mainly concern food in the form of consumer packaging that can be found in regular grocery stores. For primarily own cooking and serving, there is a need to buy food in catering packaging.
