1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new truck with a body – a single-chamber garbage truck in the form of an operating lease (3-axle vehicle) with the option of purchase.

2.Lease Terms:

a) currency: PLN

(b) variable interest rate

c) lease term: 48 months

(d) lease payments:

- initial fee of 30% of the value of the subject of the contract

- 47 equal monthly lease payments

- redemption value (residual value) of 1% of the value of the subject matter of the contract

e)the interest part of the lease instalment based on a variable interest rate depending on WIBOR 1M. The interest rate may change only in connection with the change in the WIBOR 1M ratio.

3. All requirements in terms of vehicle parameters are specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference – description of the subject of the contract.
