The daycare center is to be built on a 1-storey low-rise or 2-storey building on an existing property on Stadionstraße according to the recommendations for the LVR space program.

Particular emphasis is placed on sustainability in all lifecycles of the building, for which the City Council of Juchen adopted a sustainability strategy in 2017.

Since the day care centers are already needed by the end of 2022, the time frame for the new daycare center is very tight.

In order to optimise time and costs, existing planning can also be offered within the specified budget, as far as legally possible.

The budget for the 300/400 cost group is EUR 2,860,000. The city of Jüchen reserves the right to commission LP 1-4 and LP 5-9 in stages. Since the construction project is largely dependent on a change in the B-plan, the 2nd stage is only called up if the change procedure has been agreed positively.
