The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand new slurry tanker along with the commissioning and training of the Employees indicated by the Ordering Party

II. DEVELOPMENT
1. Tank:
- Cylindrical tank equipped with pressure-vacuum reinforcing rings with welded side chambers constituting a monolithic unit, mounted on an intermediate frame
- Vacuum part made of stainless steel sheet class 1.4301 according to PN-EN10088 or equivalent or S355 steel
- External finish of the tank: stainless steel brushing, circular brushing effect
- Intermediate frame finish, painted in black or grey
- Permissible operating range: -0.9 bar to 0.5 bar
- Total tank capacity: min. 6800 l, with cylindrical sludge chamber min. 4400 l, and the water part min. 2400 l
- Tank lifted by front cylinder
- Filling of the water chamber via the STORZ filler coupling, on the right or left side of the vehicle with a shut-off valve
- Column water level gauge with drainage
- Sediment level indicator mounted on the rear bottom in the form of a steel float ball inside the tank and a pointer and scale. Scale made of stainless steel, graduated
- Cleaning the inside of the slurry part with high-pressure nozzles
2. Tank casing:
- On the right and left side of the tank there are lockable shelters – for hoses and accessories
- Shelters made of stainless steel
- Shelters with upward-opening doors, with support
- Additional tool cabinet made of stainless steel
- Stainless steel carry handle for bollards, pickaxe and shovel
3. Rear bottom:
- Bottom made of stainless steel or carbon steel
- Hydraulically opened and locked
- Rear bottom lift cylinders with hydraulic wedges
- Sealing of the bottom by means of a gasket on the circumference of the cylindrical part
- Suction port DN 100 with pneumatic gate valve and pipe inside the tank for top filling. Spherical connection
- Lower drain port DN 150 with pneumatic gate valve, mounted at the lowest point of the bottom. Spherical connection.
- Sink gutter under the connections made of stainless steel, allowing unloading by lifting the tank
4. Suction-pressure system
- Vacuum pump, lovred, air-cooled

- Stainless steel pre-sieve: retains coarse dirt
- Stainless steel secondary sieve: retains less solid impurities
- Stainless steel float ball: stops suction when the cyclone is full
- Electrical sensor: stops suction when the cyclone is full
- Additional cleaning nozzle, located in the cyclone filter cover
- Pneumatically operated valve system for suction/discharge switching
- Possibility of simultaneous operation of the suction and pressure systems
5. Suction hose turnstile:
- Windlass with suction pipe DN 100 mm, mounted flat, axially on top of the tank
- Hydraulically rotatable, suction hose extension via roller bracket, rear right side of the body
- Turnstile made of stainless steel
- Equipped with a rubber suction hose DN 100 mm, with a length of min. 30 m
