The aim of the contract is the mobile app development of the leando.de, which will go live on 20.11.2023.

In order to further develop the portal strategically and in line with the times, BIBB is planning to award a mobile app application for the leando.de platform, which will be developed from July 2023 to 30 June 2024.

The mobile app to be developed is intended to enable the target group of training and examination staff to make extended and up-to-date use of the service offerings as well as all full functions such as the community or the registration procedure of the portal leando.de. The individual service offers and technical specifications are included in the appendices.

The following criteria must be met for the development of the mobile app:

- App version for Android and IOs with Angular and IONIC

- Connection of the app to the existing API gateway

- Optimization of the user guidance for the app in the current design

- Option for offline functions for the entire portal such as:

- Download and use courses

- Download and use articles or media bookmarks

- Possibility to integrate courses via LMS Moodle

- Possibility to map simulation games in the app and to make trainees separately accessible to the target group

In detail, the service to be provided can be differentiated into the following work packages:

1. Arbeitspaket:

Development of a mobile app for leando.de while adhering to the specified criteria (see Appendix A1) and timely completion for training and examination personnel as well as for the "Simulation Games" service (see Appendix A2) for the trainees.

2. Arbeitspaket:

Testing of the mobile app with a target group selected together with the client (client) and consistent troubleshooting.

3. Work package (optional by separate option drawing of the client):

Provision of a service contingent for further developments and updates to the extent of a maximum of 100 hours, which can be called up variably in 2025. Billing is done by the hour.
