The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property and from public utilities owned by the Municipality of Cranawica

1. The object of the contract is the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of residential property and from public facilities

owned by the Municipality of Cranberries

2. As part of the order, the Contractor will perform a comprehensive service in the field of reception

and the use of municipal waste both mixed and collected selectively, regardless of weathering from the area of the Municipality of Cranberry from all inhabited properties and from the public facilities of the Municipality of Cranberries, (unsegregated municipal waste collected in containers KP7and in bags) (segregated municipal waste collected in containers and in bags).

3. The collection and management of municipal waste should be carried out in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and with a reduction in the mass of biodegradable municipal waste. Mixed municipal waste, biowaste and residues

from sorting, intended for storage, must be transferred to municipal installations,

included in the list of operational and planned for construction, extension or modernization in the territory of the Podkarpathian province of municipal installations referred to in Article 38b of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.

4. All vehicles receiving and transporting waste must meet at least EURO 4 emission standards according to the European emission standard, supply of municipal waste containers and bags to property owners and maintenance of containers in adequate sanitary condition and technical.

5. All activities should be carried out in accordance with the applicable rules, in particular with:

- by law of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e., OJ 2021, item 779)

- the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., OJ of 2021, item 888)

- by law of 27 April 2001, Environmental Protection Law (i.e., OJ of 2020, item 1219)

- by Resolution No XXV/188/20 of the Cranawica Municipality Council of 21 August 2020 on the enactment of the “Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Żurawica”

- by Resolution No XXV/189/20 of the Cranberry Municipality Council of 23 July 2020 on determining the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste in return for the payment of the property owner of the property's municipal waste management fee

- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment on specific requirements for receiving municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws 2013, item 122)

6. The order also includes:

- Reception, transport and management of waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located in the village of Wyszatyce.

- Cleaning and cleaning and emptying containers at the Cyclist Service Site in Bolestraszyce (opposite the Arboretum).

- Cleaning and keeping clean and emptying containers (bags) in stadiums and sports facilities in the Municipality of Cranberries.

7. The detailed scope and conditions of execution of the order shall be determined by the Description of the Object of the Order (OPZ) - which is annex 9 to the SWZ

of the municipal installations referred to in Article 38b of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.
