HUS Group (thereinafter also "HUS" or "Procuring Entity") calls for tenders for PCR test kits designed to detect varicella zoster virus (VZV) and herpes simplex virus 1 and 2 (HSV-1 and HSV-2) in a patient specimen in a simultaneous analysis. The analysis shall be conducted in a real-time PCR reaction with a PCR amplification apparatus. Sample material is cerebrospinal fluid, cutaneous and mucocutaneous lesion swabs, and plasma. Analyses are qualitative and quantitative, and they are run together in the same thermal profile.

HUS orders test kits for routine use. As a result of this procurement HUS selects one (1) supplier with whom it shall sign a contract.

The supply period is estimated to begin in the third quarter of 2023. The contract is in force for a fixed period of 24 months and thereafter until terminated.
