The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of breeding, seed, selection and forest conservation, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber and maintenance of forest infrastructure and hunting, to be carried out in the Elbląg Forest District in the year 2022.
