The subject of the contract is the construction of a pavement in the town of Gardzienice Pierwsze along the provincial road No. 837 from km 4+170 to km 5+157 as the first stage of works planned as part of the construction of the sidewalk on the section from km 4+170 to km 6+145.

1) The scope of works includes:

- construction of a pavement with a length of 987 m,

- construction of two bus bays

As part of the work carried out, the following will be carried out:

- preparatory works,

- demolition and earthworks,

- dehydration,

- substructures,

- surfaces,

- street elements,

- marking,

-finishing works.

The contractor is obliged to liquidate the construction site and fully organize the area around the construction site. Clearing the construction site is a requirement set out in the administrative regulations on order.
