The subject of the contract is defined in the SWZ in the form of a Price Form (Annex No 1 to SWZ), which specifies the assortment and quantitative needs of the Ordering Party. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of ultrasound apparatus for gynecological examinations to the office of the Contracting Authority, the technical parameters of which are specified in Annex 5 to SWZ, its commissioning, as well as the provision of guaranteed service services during the period for which the guarantee is granted for the object of the contract offered and the training of employees in the field of service with the Contracting Authority.
